Website privacy notice

This notice explains how we use information collected through clearedtocare.com. The Cleared to Care app has its own privacy information for care workers, applicants and providers.

Who we are

Cleared to Care is a division of Frankton Group Ltd, which is the controller of personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, work email, phone number (if given), the type and size of your service, and your message. We also record your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and arrange a demo.
  • To keep a record of our conversations with prospective customers.
  • To protect the website from spam and misuse.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website, store data and send email. They process information only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. If you log in to the app, it uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

Measuring our marketing

Links in our social media posts, articles and newsletters carry a short reference code. When you arrive through one, this website tells Freshfeed, our own marketing tool (also run by Frankton Group Ltd), which post you came from, and whether you then start a trial or request a demo. Only the reference code is shared: never your name, email address or anything you enter in a form. Nothing is stored on your device, and your IP address is used only to count unique visits and isn't kept. This tells us which content is useful; we rely on our legitimate interests in running and improving our marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
